James D. Sheppard || President & Chief Executive Officer

Chairman of the Board:

James has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Danard-Lilly, Corporation since its inception. Prior to joining the company he held management positions with TRW and Hughes Aircraft Company responsible for all data processing services. In addition he owned and operated his own computer company and taught adult education classes. James holds an Associated Arts degree from Warren Wilson College.

Harold Gant || Secretary Vice President

Marketing Board Director:

Harold has served as board member and Vice President of Marketing for Danard-Lilly, Corporation since its inception. Additionally he has served as marketing director for Digital Equipment Corporation, Xerox, and Victor Technologies. Harold holds a B. A. degree from La Mar University with a Major in Marketing.

James G. Jordan || Controller

Board Director:

James brings a wealth of experience to Danard-Lilly, Corporation in the management of corporate finance and controls. James holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University; Fullerton. Major in Accounting and Minor in Management with honors: Alpha Gamma Sigma, Epsilon Chapter. James has served as controller for Hughes Aircraft Company as well as auditor for the U.S. General Accounting Office. Responsibilities included audits of federal agencies, programs and government contractors.
