All Pain Assessments are prepaid with either a credit /debit card, electronic check or company check. Company checks must have prior approval from Danard Lilly Corporation and cleared before the processing of any Pain Assessments.

Conditions:

Danard-Lilly, Corporation's customer agreement must be agreed to prior to the processing of any Pain Assessment.
